The Hatton Lovejoy Graduate Studies Fund provides that students receiving scholarship awards will be required to make periodic reports to the Scholarship Plan Committee. The report must be in the hands of the Committee prior to the beginning of each quarter or semester. The Committee will be glad to have any other information or comments you would like to include. The Committee also welcomes the opportunity of advising with you at any time.

The Committee also requires that a transcript be furnished at the end of each quarter of semester.
